i. 5 key literature review summaries, environmental scan summary, analysis of key Indigenous health policies, 2 published papers in peer reviewed journals, 4 podcasts summaries of policy and innovation in PHC, 10 fact-sheets/info-graphics 

ii. Local contextualization of reviews/syntheses translated into community-accessible formats (e.g., newsletters, podcasts) on topics relevant to each theme prioritized in Development Grant Round-tables

iii. Forum materials, report, methods paper

iv. Minutes of stakeholder meetings; evaluation framework, indicators and tools measuring impacts of knowledge exchange
